Kamaya’s name is derived from two Sanskrit words combined as one; Kama meaning “love” and Maya “Invisible blessing” which extends a magical blessing to couples who affirm their love in the iconic Kamaya Blessing.
Kamaya’s Chapel known as Kamaratih is octagonally shaped and this eight sided structure is welcoming couples from all denominations. The octagonal shape is representative of the sacred Mandala and symbolizes renewal and infinity.
In Kamaratih below grass are a series of crystals embedded into the original sand of uluwatu and surrounded by a heart shaped bead of rose quartz crystals giving a sense of renewal and blessing from this very special place. The wedding couple shall stand of the glass directly above this energized crystal field.
